Hulo Films receives nine nominations
The Yorkton Film Festival announced the nominees for the 2009 Golden Sheaf Awards and Hulo Films has productions nominated in nine categories, including Documentary Series and the Best of Saskatchewan Ruth Shaw Award.
The Festival, which is the longest running in North America, is May 21-24, 2009 in Yorkton, Sask. The following nominations were announced this afternoon:
Best of Saskatchewan Ruth Shaw Award: Interpersonalities (Director Aidin Nakhai)
Best of Saskatchewan Ruth Shaw Award: Mad Cow Sacred Cow (Director Anand Ramayya)
Documentary Series: Landing (Directors Thomas Hale, Ryan Lockwood, Aidin Nakhai, Jeffrey Pufahl, Ray Ramayya, Lisa Unrau)

Documentary Short Subject: Landing - Ernesto (Director Aidin Nakhai)
