Title: LandingTV.ca wins Interactive Media Award
The highly sought-after prize from the 2009 Interactive Media Awards has been announced, and LandingTV.ca is the recipient!
With interactive agency zu, Hulo Films, KarmaFilm and the Saskatchewan Intercultural Association received the Best in Class award under the category Arts/Culture with an overall score of 492 out of a possible 500. The Best in Class award is the highest honour bestowed by the Interactive Media Awards; it represents the very best in planning, execution and overall professionalism.
Created by the Interactive Media Council, Inc. (IMC), a nonprofit organization of leading web designers, developers, programmers, advertisers and other web-related professionals, the competition is designed to elevate the standards of excellence on the Internet and offer winners a boost in marketing and exposure. IMC serves as the primary sponsor and governing body of the Interactive Media Awards, establishes the judging system and provides the judges for the competition.
The individual criteria scored as follows (each category out of 100): Design - 97, Content - 100, Feature Functionality - 99, Usability - 98, and Standards Compliance & Cross-Browser Compatibility - 98.
